We are seeking professional and reliable Industrial Security Guards to support safety and security operations at our industrial site. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining strict control of all access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.
• Verifying access cards carefully and deny entry to unauthorized individuals while maintaining professionalism
• Conducting regular patrols of the entire site to monitor for hazards, unauthorized activity, or security breaches
• Staying highly vigilant and alert at all times, anticipating potential risks and responding proactively
• Opening and closing access gates promptly, ensuring smooth operations without compromising security
• Escorting contractors, workers, and visitors safely within the facility, following all security protocols
• Responding immediately to access-related issues, incidents, or emergencies, maintaining composure and authority

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a guard
• Valid BC Security License
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid BC Security Licence or Capable of completing Valid Security Licence within first three months of employment (company paid)
