We’re looking for a  Front Office Supervisor  to join our team! This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Food and Beverage team to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the department, resulting in a seamless experience for guests.

Your Role

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, the  Front Office Supervisor will:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Guest Services in the absence of the Front Office Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Serve as a role model for service excellence and ensure Guest Services standards are consistently maintained.
• Supervise guest registration and check-out, including payment processing, while providing support to the team during busy periods.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Support the leadership and development of the Guest Services team through training, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and hiring.
• Promote a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety procedures, reporting incidents and hazards, and supporting the property’s emergency and fire safety programs.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• ONQ experience is an asset.
• Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Available to work evenings and overnights including weekends and holidays;
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
