Maintenance Journeyman Millwright

Our plants are located across North America with our Canadian headquarters in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Journeyperson Millwright in Yorkton. This is a shift position with a fixed schedule. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This position is responsible for the completion of thorough high-quality installations, repair, and maintenance of various equipment on site. Duties include routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Includes Daily maintenance of the plant equipment. Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions. Operate machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machineries. Review and follow highly technical and complex machinery manuals and other duties as required from time to time.

Duties & Responsibilities
Daily maintenance needs for plant equipment
Inspect, install, adjust and maintain mechanical machines and equipment on site
Machine troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance
Dismantling, repairing, and assembling equipment

Essential Qualifications
Possess a valid Journeyman/Journeywoman Millwright/Apprentice ticket
Previous welding experience is required
Industrial Mechanical experience in a food grade facility is a definite asset.
