Position Overview

The assignments and projects typically provide opportunities for engagement with various levels of staff in Finance as well as to a lesser extent others in different departments in the organization, and provide an understanding of some of the workings within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recurring and ad hoc project finance activities including purchase requisitions, invoice verification controls, reporting and month-end financial accruals and working papers.
• Exposure to working with SAP, advanced Excel, data management processes and applications.
• Provide support to various roles within the finance area
• Various project work as required

Requirements

• Undergrad student – Business Administration, Auditing, Accounting, or similar
• Current enrollment and active participation in a recognized Co-op Program

Other Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have strong communications, planning and organizational skills, and a good understanding of the internal control environment. They will possess the ability to quickly grasp operational processes, to identify and organize relevant information, and be able to work independently with all levels of management.

This is an 8-month co-op starting January 2027.
