Growth Business Strategy Manager

Drive strategic initiatives for EQB as a Growth Business Strategy Manager. This role focuses on reverse mortgages and involves quantitative analysis, stakeholder management, and project execution. As part of the team at EQB, you'll support the development and execution of strategic initiatives in the reverse mortgages sector. Your role includes conducting business analysis, leading market research, and presenting key insights. You'll work independently and engage with various internal stakeholders while managing the team's problem-solving processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy for reverse mortgages
- Conduct financial analysis to inform decision making
- Lead market research to support strategic objectives
- Prepare presentations for Senior Management and Board meetings
- Update models for LTV, pricing, and operational efficiency
- 2-3+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy
- Experience in financial services or mortgage industry
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Commitment to high-quality customer service
