Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Product Owner (PO) pour l’un de nos clients afin de se joindre à une belle équipe. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la définition et de la priorisation des besoins pour plusieurs secteurs d’affaires stratégiques, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les équipes de développement.
Responsabilités
- Définir et maintenir la vision produit pour les différents secteurs d’affaires.
- Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins.
- Rédiger et gérer le backlog (user stories, critères d’acceptation).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes affaires pour la priorisation du backlog et l’élaboration des requis d’affaires.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement et d’architecture pour assurer la qualité et la pertinence des solutions livrées.
- Assurer la gouvernance des données et veiller à la cohérence des indicateurs entre les secteurs.
- Communiquer régulièrement l’avancement et la valeur livrée aux parties prenantes.
Exigences
- Expérience pertinente : Minimum 5 ans en tant que PO ou analyste d’affaires.
- Connaissances techniques : Bonne compréhension des concepts BI (ETL, entrepôt de données, visualisation, KPI).
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en priorisation et en gestion de backlog.
- Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des interlocuteurs non techniques.
