Automotive General Manager Position

Exciting opportunity for a General Manager at Leavens Chrysler, responsible for dealership operations and team leadership. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As General Manager, you will oversee key areas such as sales, service, parts, and finance. Collaborating with the Dealer Principal and the Group Leadership Team, you will lead, mentor, and hold department managers accountable for meeting operational goals. A minimum of 3–5 years in dealership management and a strong understanding of both operational sides are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support department managers and teams
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Implement strategies to drive profitability and productivity
- Build relationships with Chrysler representatives and community partners
- Review financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- High school diploma; business-related degree preferred
- 3–5 years of dealership management experience
- Proven track record in driving profitability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean Ontario Driver's Licence and OMVIC Certification
