- Create and maintain clinical guidelines and treatment pathways
- Implement and assess quality improvement measures
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting growth
- Develop incident management and patient safety plans
- Lead compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations
- Medical license with CPSO needed
- 7-10 years clinical experience, including leadership
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards
- Track record of enhancing clinical performance
- Knowledge of private healthcare models is advantageous
