We are looking for an Engineered Precast Production/ Office Coordinator to join our team in Utopia, ON. The Engineered Precast Production/ Office Coordinator is responsible for being a primary liaison between engineering and operations by supporting the team with company projects and maintaining data, orders, drawings and production schedules. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate the production schedule and maintain daily tracking. Enter orders into the system. Coordinate production drawings for the production supervisors. Maintain storage of drawings on SharePoint system. Work closely with Sales to collect and store drawings specifications, tender items and addendum for the projects. Track shop drawing status. Maintain good communication between DECAST Ltd. departments and plant fabrication. Other assigned tasks as required. Skills, Education & Experience Civil/Architectural Engineering or Business Administration Diploma. Strong computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office programs i.e. Word and Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and work with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
