En tant qu'Opérateur CNC, vous serez au cœur de notre performance manufacturière. Sous la responsabilité du contremaître, vous assurerez une production efficace et conforme aux standards rigoureux de Muraflex. Ce rôle clé demande une personne proactive, capable d'analyser les plans avec un œil critique et de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour concrétiser nos projets.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Opérer et ajuster les machines CNC avec précision selon les priorités de production.
- Lire et interpréter les plans techniques, et avoir le réflexe de les challenger auprès de l'équipe technique en cas d'incohérence.
- Développer un lien de confiance solide au quotidien entre le programmeur, l'équipe technique et l'équipe terrain pour optimiser les procédés.
- Placer la santé et sécurité au travail (SST) au cœur de vos priorités en respectant strictement les normes et les bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
- Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité des pièces produites et signaler toute anomalie.
- Participer activement à l’amélioration continue de l'atelier pour optimiser l'efficacité et réduire les pertes.
Exigences du poste
- DEP en usinage, AEC en CNC ou toute autre formation équivalente.
- Expérience solide et pertinente en usinage et opération de machines CNC.
- Forte orientation SST : comportement exemplaire en matière de sécurité et de cadenassage.
- Excellente habileté en lecture de plans et capacité à proposer des améliorations constructives.
- Volonté d'apprendre et désir marqué de grandir professionnellement avec l'entreprise.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et autonomie.
- Connaissance fonctionnelle du français (oral et écrit), l'anglais n'est pas un critère du poste.
