Notre partenaire, une entreprise experte en fabrication et maintenance de systèmes de transmission pour industries lourdes, recherche un·e Machiniste CNC. Son rôle consistera à réaliser l’usinage précis de pièces mécaniques, en garantissant leur conformité aux exigences de qualité et de performance.

Horaire flexible : du lundi au vendredi entre 6h00 et 8h00, fin de journée entre 14h30 et 16h30 / Possibilité d’heures supplémentaires le samedi.

Principales responsabilités

Opérer et programmer des machines CNC pour usiner des pièces mécaniques complexes

Lire et interpréter les plans techniques pour assurer la conformité des pièces

Réaliser les setups complets : sélection, installation et calibration des outils de coupe

Ajuster les paramètres de coupe (vitesse, avance, profondeur) selon les matériaux et les opérations

Contrôler les dimensions et tolérances à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision et apporter les correctifs nécessaires en cours de production

Optimiser les séquences d'usinage pour gagner en efficacité sans compromettre la qualité

Assurer l'entretien de base des machines, signaler les anomalies et maintenir un poste de travail propre et sécuritaire

Exigences du poste

3 à 5 ans d'expérience comme machiniste

Maîtrise des machines-outils, de leur mécanique et de l'entretien de premier niveau

Lecture et interprétation de plans techniques

Précision, rigueur et bonne dextérité manuelle

Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de fabrication
