Description complète du poste

Machiniste CNC / Opérateur(trice) CNC

Quand quelques millièmes font toute la différence, la précision n'est pas une option.

Industrielle RH recrute actuellement des opérateurs et opératrices CNC ainsi que des machinistes pour différentes entreprises manufacturières.

Nous recherchons des personnes minutieuses qui apprécient la fabrication de précision et qui comprennent l'importance du contrôle qualité.

Responsabilités principales

Préparer et opérer les machines CNC.
Lire et interpréter les plans et dessins techniques.
Installer correctement les pièces dans la machine.
Effectuer les réglages requis avant la production.
Sélectionner les outils de coupe appropriés.
Effectuer les changements d'outils.
Vérifier les dimensions des pièces produites.
Utiliser des pieds à coulisse, micromètres et autres instruments de mesure.
Surveiller la qualité tout au long de la production.
Effectuer les corrections nécessaires.
Détecter les anomalies de production.
Documenter les résultats d'inspection.
Respecter les procédures de qualité et de sécurité.

Profil recherché

Expérience avec des machines CNC.
Bonne capacité de lecture de plans.
Bonne compréhension des tolérances dimensionnelles.
Expérience avec des instruments de mesure.
Souci du détail.
Autonomie.
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
Bon sens mécanique.

Une expérience avec Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, Siemens ou des équipements comparables constitue un atout.
