Hotel Marketing and Sales Director Role

Renard International is looking for a Marketing and Sales Director for a leading hotel in Canada. This role offers an exciting opportunity to maximize revenue through effective sales strategies and market development. We're seeking an experienced professional in the Canadian hotel industry who excels in sales and client relationship management. Your role will involve leading the sales team, developing group market rates, and creating annual budgets and marketing plans, all while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the hotel sales team, setting annual goals
  • Develop pricing strategies to support revenue targets
  • Prepare annual financial and marketing budgets
  • Identify and secure lucrative new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain key client relationships effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales
  • Strong grasp of the Canadian and Toronto markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Proven organizational skills in sales management
  • Experience in enhancing client account profiles
