Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a growing Wealth Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building experience within banking, investments, financial services, and operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, reviewing documentation, working with internal systems, and supporting operational processes in a fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Review and process client, account, and investment-related documentation.
• Update and maintain information across multiple internal systems.
• Perform data entry, validation, and quality assurance tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and processing exceptions.
• Support account maintenance, onboarding, transfers, and operational transactions.
• Manage daily work queues while meeting established service standards and deadlines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and operational controls.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Some experience in an administrative/back office related role, whether that's an internship, part-time job, or full-time position
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using everyday office software and tools like Microsoft Office (Excel) and Teams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
