Nous recherchons un Développeur ServiceNow - Module SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) afin de rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.
Nous recherchons un développeur ServiceNow spécialisé dans le module SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), capable de comprendre les processus de gestion de projets et de portefeuilles afin de configurer et d'adapter la plateforme aux besoins d'affaires.
Le candidat recherché doit posséder une bonne compréhension des notions de gestion de projets, des risques et des règles d'affaires (Business Rules). Il sera responsable de la configuration du module SPM, de la mise en place des fonctionnalités requises et de leur adaptation aux besoins opérationnels de l'organisation.
Principales responsabilités
- Concevoir, configurer et développer des solutions sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
- Réaliser des travaux de développement et de configuration dans les modules SPM.
- Analyser les besoins fonctionnels et les traduire en spécifications et solutions techniques.
- Configurer les workflows, automatisations, règles métier, formulaires et contrôles d'accès.
- Développer et maintenir des composants ServiceNow à l'aide de JavaScript, Script Includes,Business Rules et Flow Designer.
- Intégrer ServiceNow à des systèmes tiers au moyen d'API REST ou SOAP et des mécanismesd'intégration de la plateforme.
- Participer à l'architecture technique et à l'application des meilleures pratiques de développementServiceNow.
- Développer des tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance et rapports destinés aux équipes degestion.
- Réaliser les tests techniques, soutenir les essais d'acceptation et corriger les anomalies.
- Participer aux déploiements, à la documentation technique et à l'amélioration continue de laplateforme.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et métiers.
- Fournir des recommandations sur l'utilisation optimale des capacités standards de ServiceNow.
Ces responsabilités reprennent les activités centrales du document source, notamment ledéveloppement, les workflows, les intégrations, les rapports, les tests et l'amélioration continue.
