Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s legal team!
Duration: Short-term (4–6 weeks)
Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m or 9:00 am - 05:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize legal files.
- Support condominium, enforcement, and lien matters.
- Prepare correspondence and coordinate documents.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and billing.
Requirements:
- Legal or office administration experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
