Sales Quality Analyst at Kensington

Elevate client experiences as a Sales Quality Analyst with Kensington. Ensure sales interactions meet quality standards while collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team. In this crucial role, you'll focus on evaluating client interactions and enhancing the overall sales quality within Kensington's various channels, including Kensington Air and Kensington Travel. You will assess recorded sales calls, provide targeted feedback, and participate in improvement initiatives to support employee development. Key Responsibilities:
- Review recorded sales calls against quality standards
- Evaluate adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements
- Provide constructive performance feedback
- Prepare reporting on quality performance and trends
- Collaborate with leadership for employee development
- Strong sales experience and industry knowledge
- Previous experience in quality assurance or training
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to maintain objectivity in evaluations
- Strong understanding of customer-focused processes
