IAM QA Automation Engineer (SailPoint IGA)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and SailPoint IGA. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities for large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, develop automation frameworks, create comprehensive test strategies, and ensure the quality of SailPoint implementations.
The candidate should possess strong test planning, automation, defect management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber
- Design test plans, test cases, and automation scenarios
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for large-scale IAM projects
- Validate SailPoint IGA implementations and integrations
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive testing strategies
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Manage defects and coordinate issue resolution with development teams
- Track testing progress and communicate results to stakeholders
- Ensure testing objectives and quality standards are achieved
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions
- Mentor junior QA team members and drive testing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise IAM projects
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- API Testing experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
