Lead Project Controls at Torex Gold

Torex Gold Resources Inc.

Torex Gold seeks a Lead, Project Controls to oversee project governance and provide strategic leadership in cost control, scheduling, and risk management. This Canada-based role requires travel to Mexico monthly. In this leadership position, you will guide a team of cost controllers and planner-schedulers while collaborating with construction, engineering, and finance teams. The role emphasizes proactive risk management and strategic project reporting to aid informed decision-making. Your insights will drive effective implementation of project controls across Torex Gold’s capital projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead governance framework implementation for project processes
Mentor team of project controls professionals effectively
Evaluate project needs and coordinate resources
Manage project schedules and their integration
Prepare project reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 10 years in project controls
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong knowledge of risk management
Willingness to travel regularly to Mexico
