Harvest Haven Personal Care Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as Personal Care Home Manager.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an LPN who is passionate about seniors care, supporting employees, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and at home. The Personal Care Home Manager provides daily leadership, oversees operations, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of daily personal care home operations.Support, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance support.
Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan Personal Care Home standards, legislation, and organizational policies.
Oversee resident care, assessments, care plans, medication management, and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with families, physicians, Nurse Practitioners, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, emergency preparedness, and manager on-call rotation. Qualifications: Current unrestricted LPN license with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN).
Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, personal care homes, or seniors care.
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
