Pastry Second Cook - Creative Desserts & Buffet

Fairmont Château Laurier, located in the heart of Ottawa, is seeking a Second Cook, Pastry to join the Culinary Leadership Team. You will prepare desserts and pastry items for a la carte and buffet menus while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate has culinary field experience, Journeyman papers or equivalent, and a diploma is a plus. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth within the Accor network.
