A220 Loads And Aeroelastics Engineering Manager

Lead Airbus A220 loads and aeroelastics engineering from Mirabel, managing technical delivery and developing engineering team capabilities.As Head of Loads and Aeroelastics, you will manage work supporting A220 modifications, certification, production, and in-service operation. Your team delivers aircraft static and fatigue loads, validates flight control laws, and performs aeroelastics analysis. You will maintain processes, methods, and tools while coordinating improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead loads and aeroelastics activities for A220 modificationsEnsure delivery meets cost, quality, performance, safety, and deadlinesCoordinate engineering stakeholders and Airbus Centres of CompetenceDevelop team budgets, resources, methods, and toolsSupport technical growth, innovation, and Research and Development partnershipsRequirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in EngineeringAt least ten years in aerospace and five in loads and aeroelasticsExperience managing technical engineering teamsEngineering experience on one or more aircraft development programsStrong leadership, organization, analysis, and decision-making skillsBring aerospace leadership, aircraft loads expertise, aeroelastics knowledge, and French-English communication skills to Airbus A220 engineering.
