Enterprise Account Director at OneStream

Drive growth as an Account Director at OneStream, working remotely in Canada. Focus on new customer acquisition and strategic market development with a consultative sales approach. The Account Director will play a critical role in expanding OneStream’s presence in untapped markets. This remote, full-time position emphasizes identifying new business opportunities and engaging C-level stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing a robust sales pipeline and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outreach and partnerships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for clients
- Maintain Salesforce records for data accuracy
- 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience in prospecting and closing complex deals
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
