Job Description

The Medical Spa Manager oversees daily operations of a small medical spa team, ensuring high-quality client experiences and smooth business functioning. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory and scheduling, coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining budget controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a small team of fewer than five staff members
Manage client relations to foster satisfaction and repeat business
Oversee inventory control and supply ordering
Create and maintain staff scheduling
Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote spa services
Monitor budget and financial performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in medical spa management
