Position Overview
We are looking for a Test Engineer for one of our esteemed clients to play a pivotal role in assessing quality of mobile products launched in Canada. As a member of Mobile Quality Lab in Canada, the Test Engineer will be required to run given set of test cases validating variety of mobile software functions to report issues based on expected guidelines and standards. You will be part of a team that is at the forefront of launching cutting edge products and where your input will be valued and welcome.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to specific protocols and guidelines while conducting a range of test cases.
- Identify issues, report them, and engage in subsequent validation activities.
- Operate independently and remotely.
- Document and disseminate test outcomes.
- Foster and sustain communication with key stakeholders.
Qualification/Experience
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and strong intrinsic motivation with a keen interest in advancing within the Telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean is required.
- Fundamental knowledge of testing methodologies and related terminologies.
- Basic understanding of network communications.
- Familiarity with mobile technologies and terminologies related to 3G/4G networks.
- 0-2 years of experience in Mobile Quality Assurance.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organized and meticulous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
