Senior Motion Designer — Lead Craft, Mentor & Create
Thinkingbox
The Heist, a motion design, live action, and post-production studio within Thinkingbox, seeks a Senior Motion Designer to lead through craft and mentor team members. You’ll partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors to transform ideas into exceptional motion across 2D and 3D styles.
You’ll develop storyboards, styleframes, and motion explorations, setting the creative standard and guiding projects through production with precision and collaboration.
