What You'll Do

• Be the face of the dealership—welcome customers with enthusiasm, discover their needs, and match them with their dream car.
• Take charge of the buying journey—dazzle with test drives, simplify the paperwork, and celebrate the big moment when they say "yes!"
• Keep in touch with customers, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.
• Push your limits, crush sales targets, and reap the rewards of your hard work.
• Use your social media savvy to showcase our vehicles, engage with potential buyers, and drive excitement around the brand.
• Be the go-to expert with up-to-the-minute knowledge of the hottest vehicles and industry trends.
• Team up with finance, service, and other departments to create unforgettable customer experiences.

Who You Are

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business environments.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
