What You'll Do
As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Service Manager to support daily branch operations by:
- Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
- Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.
- Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals.
- Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets.
- Maintaining accurate scheduling, payroll, and billing information using TEAM software.
- Monitoring employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the Client Service Manager and providing coverage when needed.
- Occasionally traveling locally to client sites as required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on operational needs.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, administration, or workforce coordination.
- Previous experience in the security industry or in a supervisory role.
