TOSCA Test Lead

Role Description:
Test Strategy & Leadership:
* Own and drive end-to-end test strategy across UI applications, APIs, and backend systems
* Act as central QE/Test Lead coordinating across UI, API, backend, and integration teams
* Lead test planning, execution, and coordination for releases and major program increments
Automation Strategy:
* Drive TOSCA-based automation strategy for UI workflows and API validations
* Ensure seamless integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Testing Execution:
* Ensure end-to-end validation of business flows, integrations, and system dependencies
* Oversee functional, integration, system, and UAT testing phases
* Validate UI user journeys, API contracts, and backend processing logic
Release & Coordination:
* Coordinate test data, environments, test cycles, and release readiness
* Drive environment and dependency readiness across upstream and downstream systems
* Support release execution and production readiness
Defect & Quality Management:
* Manage defect triage, prioritization, and cross-team resolution
* Track and report quality metrics, risks, and release status to stakeholders
Working Model:
* Must be available to work Pacific Time business hours
