GROWTH MANAGER - FINTECH H/F

Drive impactful growth strategies as a Growth Manager with Snaplii in Toronto. This role emphasizes customer acquisition, retention, and hands-on experimentation across the fintech sector. Snaplii, a leading Canadian fintech platform, seeks a Growth Manager to optimize customer experiences and drive innovative growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with teams across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations to enhance user engagement and transaction volumes through experimental insights and data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design acquisition loops for user referrals and incentives
- Drive activation through new-user conversion strategies
- Analyze customer funnels for drop-off points
- Conduct A/B testing and user interviews
- Collaborate with the organic growth team for traffic conversion
- Proven experience in consumer fintech or digital payments
- Ability to analyze and optimize customer funnels
- Hands-on approach to data: SQL and analytics tools
- Strong user insight and hypothesis formulation skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
