Lead Engineer in Fintech at Intellibus

Intellibus

Join Intellibus as a Lead Engineer focused on high-performance platforms in the fintech space. Utilize your expertise in Java and Python to develop scalable wealth management solutions. As a leader in the Platform Engineering Team, you will tackle the Multiplicity Problem while collaborating with top fintech firms. This role requires advanced skills in microservices architecture, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and real-time data processing. You will mentor engineering teams and innovate with emerging technologies like AI and blockchain. Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable wealth management platforms with cloud-native solutions
Lead system optimizations and best practice implementations
Mentor teams in Java/Python frameworks and event-driven microservices
Integrate FinTech APIs and enhance security frameworks
Collaborate with analysts to deploy AI/ML models

Requirements:

10+ years in technology leadership roles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in CI/CD, Kafka, and microservices
Knowledge of automation tools like Terraform
Relevant certifications are preferred
