Position: Sales & Revenue Coordinator

Full-time · Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) Laval, Quebec · Starting as soon as possible

ABOUT

Located in the heart of Laval, the Sheraton is one of the most recognized hotel addresses in the area. As a Sales & Revenue Coordinator , you are at the center of the establishment’s commercial performance, knowing that 40% of accommodation revenue comes from groups. You act as a guardian of information, ensuring data accuracy, process fluidity, and coordination between the Sales, Reception, Banquet, and Accounting teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

40% – Management of inventory and groups 35% – Management of room blocks 25% – Meetings, training, and administration

• Create Banquet and Accommodation groups in LightSpeed (LS)

• Compile complete files for each group (BR, emails, various communications)

• Prepare and update rooming lists and operational checklists

• Manage pick-ups (90 days and 365 days) and verify reservations at 30 and 60 days

• Flag and code VIP clients; balance King/Queen inventory

• Manage group cancellations and identify duplicates

• Verify consistency between OYIELD and LightSpeed

• Manage group blocks for sales with meeting rooms and OneStop blocks (legal contracts)

• Process accommodation requests: rooming lists, entries in LS, individual blocks

• Track blocks and their pick-up; manage cut-off dates

• Code VIPs, manage upgrades and contractual comp rooms

• Manage no-shows in coordination with on-site clients

• Participate in weekly meetings and pre-conference meetings with teams and clients

• Train the Reception team on group management, tools, and procedures

• Ensure a constant presence at the reception desk (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and answer to extension 120

• Assign CI/TY opportunities to sellers and prepare revenue tables

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Meticulousness, organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, effective communication, versatility, stress tolerance, and teamwork spirit

Experience and Education

• 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel coordination, sales, or administration

• DEC or AEC in tourism or hotel management (an asset)

• Proficiency in LightSpeed, OYIELD, and ResLink (assets)
