Remote Legal Technician: Contract Management Pro
GIRO Inc.
GIRO Inc. in Montreal is seeking a Legal Technician to support contract preparation, review and administration. You will manage electronic files, maintain the CLM system and assist cross-functional teams with contract obligations across French and English documents.
The ideal candidate holds a DEC in Paralegal Technology with 3–5 years in a similar role and a strong understanding of Quebec and Canadian contract practices. Flexible hours and remote work options are available.
