Sales Manager (Castlegar Hyundai/Kia)

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join in the senior role of Sales Manager . Move forward in your career, earn an excellent living, and work with an experienced and dedicated team in this beautiful region of British Columbia.

As Sales Manager, you must be driven, intelligent, professional, hands-on, dependable and honest. You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an Automotive Salesperson, Sales Manager and/or Financial Services Manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and would like to move into management, this position may be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and support and the sales team.


• Take pride in the success and professionalism of your team members.


• Follow and reinforce the sales process.


• Provide continuous training.


• Ensure we are providing exceptional customer service.


• Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results.


• Track key performance metrics for the sales department.


• Work constructively with all dealership departments.


• Complete training mandated by Hyundai Canada.


• Promote and support our financial services team.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales and/or F&I experience is important.


• Sincere commitment to helping others, including customers and fellow staff members.


• Energy, focus and commitment to meeting the dealership’s goals and standards.


• Desire to work and live in our community.


• Proven ability to train and develop others.


• Professional appearance and work ethic.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to secure a license to sell vehicles in British Columbia, a process that requires a criminal record check.


• Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
