Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

EzoBord is an international manufacturer of sustainable acoustic solutions used in commercial interiors across North America and beyond. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Editor to join our team in Mississauga.

This is an on-site position that works closely with our marketing, product development, and creative teams to create compelling visual communications across print, digital, social media, and presentation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, catalogs, cut sheets, spec sheets, price guides, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Design graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, posters, and promotional materials.
• Modify, update, and maintain existing design documents to ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with project requirements.
• Develop dynamic and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Support the ongoing development and evolution of the EzoBord brand identity in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure design and imagery align with product vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior designers, creative professionals, and cross-functional teams to develop effective design concepts and campaigns.
• Assist with image editing, retouching, and graphic creation for marketing and social media initiatives.
• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for both print and digital applications.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, including graphic layouts, typography, spelling, grammar, and overall visual quality.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, channels, and customer touchpoints.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, software developments, and best practices.
• Monitor competitor materials, content, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and maintain market relevance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in Canada .
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both print and digital design.
• Experience creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, including writing, editing, grammar, spelling, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Bonus

• Experience working within manufacturing, architecture, interiors, construction, or design-related industries.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools within a professional design workflow is a bonus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working within an international or multilingual environment.
