Autodesk Journey Management Lead

You will ensure that user journeys evolve continuously, facilitating faster decision-making and improved user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Critical User Journeys for informed decision-making
- Create and maintain a system of actionable journey artifacts
- Partner with teams to implement insights into product solutions
- Lead workshops and sessions to foster user-centric approaches
- Implement governance standards for journey data
- 8+ years of experience in journey management or UX
- Demonstrable expertise in mapping and managing customer journeys
- Strong ability to influence and align teams
- Experience with journey management tools
- Excellent storytelling and facilitation capabilities
