Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for data environments
Monitor and resolve job performance issues
Implement operational improvements collaboratively
Produce technical documentation for support processes
Communicate significant changes to stakeholders
Requirements 4+ years in Datawarehouse & Analytics technologies
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and databases
Experience with AWS, DevOps, and AI solutions
Understanding of operational management policies
Availability for 24x7 support on a rotation
