Project Management Strategic Lead Pmo Toronto

Become a strategic leader in the PMO as a Senior Manager, focusing on complex projects while improving methodologies and delivery effectiveness across the Americas. This role requires an experienced qualified with a solid foundation in project and program management. You will lead large initiatives, implement best practices, and serve as a mentor for other project managers.
Deep knowledge of Smartsheet and training capabilities will ensure that you effectively contribute to PMO goals and visibility.
Key Responsibilities Innovate and standardize PMO methodologies
Act as a Smartsheet subject matter expert
Support development of strategic initiatives
Train and mentor project stakeholders
Drive consistency in project execution
Requirements Minimum of 10 years in PMO environments
Robust skills in Smartsheet reporting and workflows
Experience in PMO transformation initiatives
Relevant project management certifications desired
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
