What you'll do

• Support Overnight Stocking Operations – Assist in providing direction and coordinating overnight stocking activities based on communicated priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the daytime management team.
• Merchandising and Store Presentation – Assess overall merchandise presentation and store appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute merchandising and display changes as required to maintain store standards.
• Inventory and Claims Support – Ensure defective or damaged merchandise is properly identified and transferred to the claims room in accordance with procedures.
• Store Safety and Security Oversight – Assume responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, manage accidents occurring during the overnight shift, and ensure incidents are handled according to Company guidelines.
• Facility and Security Inspections – Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure physical facilities are secure and compliant with safety and security standards.
• Associate Training and Development – Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to support productivity, performance, and achievement of stocking and operational goals.
• Flexibility – Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• High Task Volume – Manage overnight hours effectively and plan accordingly to stay energized and focused.
• Rapid Workload – Handle fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
• Physical Demands – Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products.
