Project Manager

PWM is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support the companys growth in hydraulic manufacturing. This role oversees initiatives across research and development, quality assurance, automation, and robotics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for engineering and manufacturing initiatives.
Facilitate communication across multiple teams to ensure project alignment.
Support development of new hydraulic products, prototype testing, and implementation of automation technologies.
Coordinate new improvements, testing equipment upgrades, and validation processes.
Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and support leadership decision making.

Required Qualifications:
University Bachelor of Business Administration, specialization in Project Management or related fields
PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset but not required
3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing (hydraulics or heavy equipment preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical components, hydraulic systems, or custom fabrication.
Proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadlinedriven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
3-7 years of project management experience
Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or technical products
Proven ability to complete projects  
Strong execution and time management skills
Project management proficiency with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
