Job Summary:  
We are seeking a casual Housekeeper to join our team at Just Like Family Home Care, located in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. 

• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing. 

• Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. 

• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. 

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs. 

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and compassionate demeanor. 

Qualifications:  

• Able to legally work in Canada  

• Up-to-date vaccinations:  

• Neg TB  

• Diphtheria + Tetanus  

• MMR  

• Varicella/ Zoster  

• Hep B  

• Optional: Flu and Covid Vax  

• Vulnerability & Criminal Check  

Skills:  

• Proven experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning roles. 

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Clear communication and reliability 

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately. 

• Ability to safeguard clients’ personal information (confidentiality) â€¯ 

• Good work ethic  

• Moderate proficiency with technology (i.e. operating a smartphone, using apps, data input, etc.)
