Production Manager with Amrize

Drive operations as a Production Manager at Amrize. Your expertise will enhance production efficiency and ensure site compliance within a collaborative work environment. As a Production Manager at Amrize, you will oversee safety, performance, customer service, and quality within the Aggregates operation. You'll work closely with the Plant Manager to implement production processes, manage stockpile inventories, and track financial performance. The role demands strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to execution to maximize team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance and production strategies to optimize performance
- Facilitate communication with management and Quality Control
- Manage stockpile inventories efficiently
- Develop and oversee annual repair budgets
- Lead individual development and training for direct reports
- Minimum 3 years in operational and supervisory roles
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business preferred
- Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
- Organized with strong execution skills
