Regional Vice-President, Equipment Finance Ontario

Lead the regional Equipment Finance Sales at National Bank as a Regional Vice-President in Ontario. Drive growth, strengthen vendor relationships, and manage sales channels effectively. In this leadership role, you will craft and execute a regional growth strategy across Vendor and Direct Sales. Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Equipment Finance partners to enhance client acquisition and portfolio development while managing associated risks. Your expertise will help guide teams to achieve revenue and profitability objectives while fostering collaboration among sales channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement regional sales strategies for growth
- Achieve revenue, client acquisition, and profitability targets
- Coach leaders on new business development initiatives
- Promote proper deal structuring within risk guidelines
- Build senior relationships with clients and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Extensive leadership experience in equipment finance sales
- Strong commercial credit and risk management knowledge
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- Ability to travel as needed within the region
