Senior Technical Account Manager at Affirm

Shape the future of FinTech with Affirm as a Senior Technical Account Manager, working remotely from Canada. Drive technical initiatives and manage operations for strategic alliances to ensure seamless integrations. In this senior-level position, you will lead technical account management within Affirm’s strategic alliance portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring strong operational health for merchants. This role demands expertise in API integrations and effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance account value. Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical account management and operational health
- Deliver against SLAs and proactively mitigate risks
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement solutions
- Drive cross-team collaboration for integration initiatives
- Mentor junior team members to build team capacity
- 6+ years in Technical Account Management or related field
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs and integration solutions
- Strong technical communication skills
- Effective relationship management with technical decision-makers
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership abilities
