Director of Accounting Assurance Services

- Lead multiple engagement teams with structured oversight
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Mentor Managers and Senior Accountants for growth
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
- CPA is mandatory
- 6+ years of progressive experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with mentoring and team management
- Bilingual in French/English preferred
