• Provide daily support to Career Advisors and office staff
• Efficiently onboard and train new employees
• Communicate office challenges and needs to leadership
• Maintain a reduced caseload while delivering career coaching
• Assist with outreach and recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in career center services
• 1+ year working with unemployed individuals
• Strong communication skills needed
• Valid driver's license necessary
