Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, Family Preservation Services, the Director of Mental Wellness provides strategic leadership in the establishment, development and oversight of the Mental Wellness department, which will oversee projects related to mental wellness, addictions and treatment based programming for Yukon First Nations and Indigenous citizens. This position is responsible for building and leading a multidisciplinary team and developing the department’s strategic direction, programs and operational structures.
Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in health, social work or a related field, or, equivalency obtained through course work and/or work experience. A minimum of five years’ experience working in a health or social field.
Salary: Level 11: $111,225.35 - $139,016.59
