Vantage Group Project Investments Director Role

Join Vantage Group as the Project Investments Director to spearhead the development of transformative airport projects. Leverage your experience in sourcing, evaluating, and closing critical infrastructure investments.
As a vital member of the Acquisitions team, you’ll focus on deal origination and structuring agreements for major transportation hubs. This position offers significant exposure to private funding and transactions across North America, providing a platform to utilize your expertise in relationship management and financial analysis. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning initiatives with corporate objectives and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and screen new project development opportunities
• Structure financial and commercial responses for bids
• Create presentations for leadership and board updates
• Foster collaboration with consortium partners throughout projects
• Develop investment due diligence plans and coordinate reporting
Requirements:
• 10+ years in infrastructure investment or advisory roles
• Experience in a regulated environment with direct reports
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for presentations
