Clean and service guest rooms to Resort standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces - Change linens, make beds to presentation standards, and replenish amenities
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for arrival
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain hallways, storage areas, and service spaces in clean and organized condition
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently
- Manage time effectively to meet daily room quotas
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and Front Desk to support guest needs
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when encountered
