Why this role matters 
As a Spa Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll ensure that our poolside, lounge, pedicure suite, changing rooms, and treatment rooms are clean, organized, thoughtfully prepared, and maintained to our five-star standards. 
This is a full-time position with a steady schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. An averaging agreement is in place to support this schedule and promote flexibility and balance. 
What you'll do  

• Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional, gracious presence throughout the spa. 
• Prepare and maintain the lounge, poolside, relaxation areas, changing rooms, pedicure suite, and treatment rooms to five-star standards. 
• Restock water stations, amenities, toiletries, sandals, towels, linens, and other guest supplies. 
• Thoughtfully prepare members’ lockers with welcome notes, chocolates, towels, and sandals. 
• Support estheticians and therapists by preparing treatment rooms, adjusting the ambiance, and replenishing products and linens. 
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary, staff room, and spa inventory areas. 
• Provide efficient and courteous poolside drink service as operationally required. 
• Neatly fold and organize robes, linens, and spa supplies to maintain a polished presentation. 
• Assist guests with locker access and anticipate their needs throughout their visit. 
• Support special projects, events, and daily spa operations as needed.

• The physical ability to complete cleaning, lifting, bending, standing, and room-preparation tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
